"This ain't no party, this ain't no disco, this ain't no foolin' around," said an official in Bahrain's Ministry of Information, Tourism Affairs Department recently when asked to comment on Bahrain's new state after the implementation of changes in the law barring the recruitment of foreign bands and entertainment, and alcohol and discos in residential areas or near mosques and schools.

Ahhh, but this is ment to cut down prostitution in the 2&3 star hotels where the subcontinent expats hang out. Apparently, vice is for only those who can afford it at a 5 star hotel.
